Reid’s perspective was shaped as much inside operating organizations as inside marketing.
After nearly a decade in national political consulting, he returned to his family’s fifth-generation farming operation in southwest Oklahoma. Helping the farm better capture and communicate the value of work it was already doing—including achieving regenerative certification—reinforced a belief that now guides FMG: established companies often possess more value, expertise, and credibility than their marketing systems recognize or leverage.
Reid and his wife, Sarah, are raising their two daughters between Fort Worth and the family farm in southwest Oklahoma. That connection keeps his work grounded in both North Texas business communities and the rural, agricultural, and industrial markets many FMG clients serve.
His continued industry leadership, including service on Cotton Incorporated’s Executive Committee and as PAC Chair for the National Cotton Council, keeps that perspective grounded in governance, competing priorities, and real organizational decisions.
FMG is where those experiences converge: strategy connected to ownership, active involvement, and accountable execution.
